Position Overview
Summary : The CLS Branch Manager is responsible for managing the growth and profitability of a branch through operational efficiency and financial reporting. The role involves providing leadership for a positive work environment, fostering employee development, ensuring safety, delivering client support, overseeing building maintenance, fleet and equipment management, and facilitating branch expansion.

Job Duties
The CLS Branch Manager is an exempt, full-time employee position.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Interview, hire, and terminate employees.
- Oversee, plan, assign, and direct work.
- Appraise performance.
- Reward and discipline employees.
- Address complaints and resolve problems.
- Respond appropriately in emergency situations.
