Job Duties
- Client Communication: Handle inbound calls and proactively follow up to ensure resolutions with minimal client touchpoints.
- Scheduling & Task Coordination: Manage scheduling for arborists, ensuring route efficiency and clear task delegation using [insert task management system].
- Process Efficiency: Maintain databases, forms, and reports while identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes.
- Financial & Administrative Support: Assist with invoicing, accounts receivable, and monitor office expenditures as a percentage of revenue.
- Office Support: Order and maintain supplies, process employee time sheets, and handle additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Minimum two-years of experience in office processes and office administration procedures
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to manage client calls effectively and professionally, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to stay organized, track key tasks, and ensure follow-through on office and client needs
- Preferred: prior working experience with CRM and SAP systems
