Position Overview
Job Duties
What You’ll Do:
- Review, distribute and complete Request for Proposals for future work for evaluation with support of operations and financial staff
- Interact with Legal and Safety Departments on contract compliance
- Provide technical writing to bid proposals and client correspondence
- Assist in maintaining contract database utilizing CRM
- Thorough understanding of client contracts
- Bid follow-up, tabulation requests and pending award ownership
Qualifications
Skills We’re Seeking:
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with specific programs and software as needed (Sales Force. Publisher, Adobe Pro, CRM and SAP)
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong written skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Minimum of associate’s degree in business
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
