">Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled Turf Care Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have prior experience in Turf, Shrub, and Lawn maintenance, a valid driver's license, and a love of outdoor work. They will be able to communicate effectively with clients, operate equipment safely and efficiently, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
">Responsibilities:
- Perform fertilization and pest management on shrubs and lawns using spray and injection tools.
- Diagnose and identify insect, weed, fungus, and pest issues.
- Communicate with clients regarding diagnosis and prescribed treatments.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through regular communication and follow-up.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to company standards.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Turf, Shrub, and Lawn maintenance preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Love of outdoor work
- Ability to complete the Davey Tree Qualified Turf Care Tech training program upon hire
- Ability to complete the Davey Tree First Aid, CPR, and defensive driving course upon hire
- Relevant pesticide license and DOT medical card required by state law, if applicable
