Mickman Brothers is currently seeking a Part-time Garden Center/Mart Sales Associate. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include: evenings, weekends and holiday hours as scheduled.

Assist in the retail store/garden mart as assigned; including but not limited to: cashiering, customer assistance, merchandising, inventory control, and maintenance
Compensation Range: $16.00-$19.00/Hour depending on experience.

Position Overview
Mickman Brothers is currently seeking a Part-time Garden Center/Mart Sales Associate. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include: evenings, weekends and holiday hours as scheduled.
Job Duties
Assist in the retail store/garden mart as assigned; including but not limited to: cashiering, customer assistance, merchandising, inventory control, and maintenance
- Care for annuals in both the greenhouse and outdoor plants
- Assist in the sale of nursery products and all other Garden Center merchandise
- Create and maintain great looking plant, garden décor and seasonal displays
- Receive merchandise following Point of Sale (POS) system procedures
- Maintain quality merchandise as defined by controlling conditions that could result in inventory shrinkage (i.e. watering, weeding and fertilizing practices, breakage and theft)
- Other duties as assigned by Garden Center/Mart Manager
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including: days, evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive team attitude and independently motivated
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to help maintain a safe and clean environment for team members and customers
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
Compensation Range: $16.00-$19.00/Hour depending on experience.
