Position Overview
The CLS Irrigation Technician is responsible for enhancing the appearance and value of client properties through the skilled installation, maintenance, and operation of irrigation systems, including regulating moisture levels, diagnosing and repairing system components, managing various irrigation equipment, excavating for maintenance, and executing start-up and winterization procedures. This is a seasonal position, depending on the regional location.

Position Overview

Job Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems.
- Safely operate, drive, and maintain vehicles and equipment.
- Program, repair, and configure timers.
- Maintain job records, complete work orders, and document time and materials used.
- Provide clients with excellent customer service.
- Follow all safety rules, regulations, and work procedures.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to work in the field.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate equipment as a Department of Transportation (DOT) certified driver for specific vehicles or equipment.
- Ability to complete required safety courses upon hire.
- Ability to complete Davey Career Development Program (CDP) books.
- Valid Driver’s License. Class B CDL valuable, but not required.
- Experience with computers or tablets.
