Position Overview
We’re looking for a Operations Analyst to come in and immediately be an integral part of our team.
Job Duties
What You’ll Do:
- Development of project pricing
- Sales and cost analysis
- Asset utilization analysis
- Monthly P&L statement management/Budget analysis
- Collaboration with Senior leadership and field operations
- Weekly status meetings with team and leadership
- Forecasting and budget planning
- Cultivating relationships with field operations managers

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with specific programs and software as needed (Sales Force. Publisher, Adobe Pro, CRM and SAP)
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong written skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business or Technical Communications
