Position Overview
Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, assists with sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Entry level; requires supervision.
Qualifications
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident. Post-hire background check and employment eligibility (e-Verify) check required of foreign and domestic workers. Obtaining driver's license not required. However to receive reimbursement of driver's license expenses and potential hourly bonus pay, those workers will be expected to periodically drive company vehicles as needed. On-the-job training will be provided to the worker.

3909 Nansemond Parkway Suffolk, VA 23435 and multiple worksites within Williamsburg(VA), Currituck(NC), Gates(NC), Halifax(NC), Hertford(NC), Northampton(NC), Pasquotank(NC), Gloucester(VA), Isle of Wight(VA), James City(VA), Surry(VA), New Kent(VA), Mathews(VA), York(VA), Chesapeake(VA), Hampton(VA), Newport News(VA), Norfolk(VA), Poquoson(VA), Portsmouth(VA), Suffolk(VA), Virginia Beach(VA) and Camden(NC) cities/counties. Employer offers free daily transportation to/from worksite from designated pick-up location. Use of transportation is voluntary. Employer provides incidental transport between job sites.
