Leading software company is looking for a Senior Commission Accountant. This is a contract and hybrid role in Lowell, MA.
Pay Rate of the Senior Commission Accountant:
$42/hr
Responsibilities of the Senior Commission Accountant:
- Enter and manage data in the Varicent commission system to support accurate commission payments.
- Take responsibility for accurate and timely data entry and employee payouts, working with a team to support 2,400 global payees
- Support work activities of other team members.
- Complete training as needed and apply our best practices to improve system setup and payment processes
- Identify downstream HR reporting issues and engage with appropriate resources to make corrections or adjustments.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and/or analysis using Excel
Qualifications of the Senior Commission Accountant:
- Proficiency with Excel pivot tables and lookups
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with automated commission system for medium to large company preferred
