What Youll Do :
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, delivering exceptional customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
- Accurately enter customer orders and proactively communicate any exceptions or updates.
- Utilize the Syspro ERP system to input orders, retrieve customer history, check stock status, and track sales orders.
- Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and issue credits as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at dealer accounts.
- Support the marketing team by creating and assembling materials for sales representatives.
- Proofread and edit documents as assigned.
- Assist with additional administrative and customer service tasks as needed.
