- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics (D365) to schedule production, maintain all planning parameters, review and manage to resolution all exception messages.
- Communicate potential risks to customer shipment schedule with potential resolution options.
- Identify and resolve conflicts with material availability, capacity availability and order promise data integrity to include excellent follow up and communication skills.
- Create work orders to support Sales Demands.
- Identifies Material Shorts and works with Sourcing on material clean dates to meet customer shipment dates.
- Review ECO’s for correctness, impact to production builds, and communicate with Commodity Managers on material change implications on current and future production.
- Primary contact for the commercial teams, manufacturing and supply chain regarding supply changes, trends, potential changes and upside/downside risks.
- Lead and drive the supply planning and review focusing on operational plan change drivers and financial plan gap-closing opportunities.
- Support business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, new product launches, last time buy needs, phase-outs and distribution redesigns.
- Support master data maintenance and planning processes, ensuring integrity of data to optimize supply planning performance.
- Drive improvement in inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs to optimize inventory position and minimize E&O inventories; review and maintain planning parameters in accordance.
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify initiatives to improve performance.
- Reconcile annual demand plans with supply plans and communicate any gaps.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (in business or supply chain) or High School Diploma equivalent experience required.
- 5 years' experience in demand and/or supply planning in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong MRP knowledge and background.
- Working knowledge and experience with ERP and MRP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Capable of performing complex data analysis to improve supply chain performance and customer service (work order variances).
- Experience with analysis, recommended effectivity, and implementation of Engineering Changes.
- Proven track record in delivering change, process improvement, and root cause analytics.
- Experienced user of MS Office Applications, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
Salary : $45 - $46
