Production Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to manage and guide our team toward achieving production goals and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing employee performance, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, coach, and manage employees to meet the goal of 100% station build requirements and achieve first-time quality objectives.
• Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions to address any deficiencies in Key Process Indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate production schedules, including in-station and out-of-station requirements, and manage overtime as needed. Ensure cross-training efforts are in place.
• Enforce and support all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance through proper reporting, training, and support.
• Lead and facilitate the self-inspection process to maintain and improve product quality within the cell.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging Lean principles, including conducting weekly 5S audits and participating in Superintendent Challenge activities.
• Build and maintain a strong, cohesive team through effective communication, employee relations, and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Identify and support training and development opportunities to foster a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to establish strong working relationships that enhance team effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement and assist in grievance management as part of the Production Supervisor role.
