We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Quality Manager to oversee and drive the quality management processes within our manufacturing / production environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ISO compliance, with expertise in ISO9001 and AS9100 standards, and lead auditor training.
Key responsibilities include :
- Ensuring ISO compliance and managing quality assurance programs.
- Industries within Metal Fab / Metal Plating
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving root cause analysis for product / process issues.
- Utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles and statistical analysis to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Managing MRP systems, with SAP experience preferred.
- Providing exceptional leadership to quality teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Communicating effectively across all levels of the organization to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
