Summary: The Davis Companies seeks an experienced Site Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility in southern Connecticut. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for supervising maintenance staff, managing facilities maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance staff and ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage facilities maintenance, including equipment and systems upkeep, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with external contractors and manage security systems.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in manufacturing, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Track record of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with project management experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
