What are the responsibilities and job description for the Test Engineer position at The Davis Companies?
Test Engineer needed onsite in Southern NH to ensure the quality and reliability of various systems, components, and equipment. This role will involve the design, developing, and implementation of test plans, procedures, and strategies to evaluate performance, functionality, and compliance.
Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, developing comprehensive test plans, designing and executing test procedures, and troubleshooting system defects.
As a test engineer, you will create detailed the test reports, maintain documentation, communicate findings to stakeholders, and identify opportunities for test automation. Working knowledge of defense industry regulations needed (MIL-STD, DO-178C, DO-254, AS9100)
Continuous improvement of test methodologies and adherence to safety regulations and industry standards are essential.
