What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trial Attorney position at The Davis Group?
Our client, a well regarded law firm in White Plains, NY, has asked us to identify a trial attorney for their busy litigation practice. Specific experience should be in general liability defense litigation, including construction accidents, property damage premises liability. Experience with Construction Liability / Labor Law, not-for-profits and / or Child Victim Act cases is a plus. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in general liability defense litigation from inception through trial.
