- Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food and beverages.
- Ensure that all guests receive timely service and assistance throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to enhance guest relations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Uphold high standards of customer service in line with our hospitality values.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not mandatory.
