Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or OpenTable systems.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Adhere to food handling and safety standards at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of food items as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
- Strong math skills for processing payments and handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Experience with Aloha POS or OpenTable systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
