The Dearborn is a 225 seat, high volume restaurant in the heart of the theater district. The menu features upscale American cuisine with midwest seasonal influences under the direction of executive chef Aaron Cuschieri.
We are now hiring passionate sous chefs to join our talented team.
High volume experience is necessary, must have strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a love for this industry.
This is a full time job - 5 day work weeks with very competitive pay and benefits.
