Responsibilities
- Scheduling Local Appearance Attorneys to cover all hearings
- Updating the Local Appearance Attorneys with new instructions catered to the needs of the case / client
- Communicating between the Docket Team and Lawsuit Teams to ensure all hearing instructions are accurate and updated
- Submitting payments from Local Appearance Attorney invoices to Payroll team timely
- Inputting Hearing Results to Case Management Software and Lawsuit Teams
- Ensuring the accuracy of hearing entries
