For years, St. Joseph Villa Homecare and Hospice has been enhancing the lives of patients and their families by combining the most advanced medical care with a focus on compassion and comfort. We are seeking a full-time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for the Omaha area.
Position Responsibilities :
- Perform evaluation, admission, routine, respite, in-patient or continuous care visits to patients and families.
- Assess needs, provide skilled care, instruct caregivers and communicate to significant findings to family, team members and other healthcare providers as indicated.
- Meet all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to documentation and following the plan of care.
