Responsibilities
Job Functions of our Accounting Associates:
- Enter and reconcile cash receipts and live checks
- Send out weekly client invoices
- Enter debit and credit memos
- Collaborate with internal team members regarding invoices, questions and status updates
- Create and update client information
- Validate and trouble shoot client profile concerns and questions
- Other accounting projects as assigned
Qualifications
What we look for:
- Administrative Office experience preferred
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Comfortable working in a deadline driven environment
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Great Plains Experience is a plus
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
