Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide primary and specialty care services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Conduct physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

- $135,000 base salary
