Summary : Looking for pediatrician to cover 7 days of call per month from February 2025 through October 2025.
Setting : Critical Access Hospital, Labor and Deliver / Pediatrics Unit / Level II Nursery
Duties : Attend vaginal deliveries if requested, Attend all scheduled and emergent C-Sections, admit / discharge newborns, admit / care for pediatric patients, circumcisions
Days per month : 7 days per month
Required Procedures : Circumcisions, newborn resuscitation / intubations / UVC, lumbar punctures
EMR : Meditech
Support Staff : Nursing team. Level II Nursery nurses, anesthesia, obgyns, Respiratory Therapists, local pediatricians to consult with, NICU located in Bismarck (90 miles) with consulting physicians.
Reason for Coverage : Awaiting onboarding of new pediatrician in October 2025.
License : North Dakota
Admits per day : 2-3
CPR requirements : NRP, PALS, ACLS, BLS
