COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSGastroenterology (GI)
Base salary : $700K
Production : Starts day 1, earning potential $1,000,000
Relocation : $25K
Sign On : $30K
Student loan Repayment : Through NHSC
CME : $2,500 days
PTO : 3 weeks / separate sick time, increase after year 1.
Benefits : 30 days after hire : Health & Dental
Retirement : 401K - 3%
Partnership option : Buy into practice and surgical center.
VISA - Open to H1B and J1 RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILSGastroenterology (GI)
Schedule : 4.5 week every other Friday off.
Clinic Outpatient : 95% outpatient = day clinic day surgery
Call : 10 days a month (as needed)
Support : Dedicated NP on-site, will have your own MA SECOND SCHEDULE OPTION AVAILABLE SEE BELOW
Open to candidates in Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming
Base salary : $450K
Schedule : 8 days a month (4 days every other week)
