We’re looking for go-getters to join our employee benefits agency as commission-only sales reps. No experience? No problem. I started this way nearly 20 years ago—tons of cold calls, knocking on doors, and rejection—and now I’ve got a life with total freedom and serious rewards. This is an entry-level, outside sales gig where you’ll:
- Hit the ground running, talking to businesses AND individuals
- Learn how to find clients, pitch benefits packages, and close deals
- Work with business owners to customize solutions
- Build a book of business that pays you residuals for life
