The Dennis Law Firm is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a professional, outgoing, and energetic person who will be first impression for our clients, attorneys, and visitors at our downtown Atlanta office. This person’s primary role will be the administrative responsibility of the front desk operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet people and answer phones; transfer phone calls to the appropriate parties
- Daily mail distribution
- Receive and send packages, maintain FedEx and UPS accounts
- Coordinate conference room requests and scheduling, ensuring proper set-up and take down for meetings and events
- Maintain an inventory of office, kitchen, and mailroom supplies
- Coordinate meals and catering for corporate events
- Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- 2 years of experience in a customer services, sales, administrative, or similar field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Strong telephone skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency using a personal computer and company communication tools, Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) email, internet, calendars.
- Excellent team player who is comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Ability to maintain focus while working in a high level, fast paced environment.
Pay range and benefits
$18/hour
