You’ll lead curriculum development and spearhead special projects, ensuring The Dental A Team remains at the cutting edge of the industry.
Must be based in Arizona, and ready to travel across the country 1-2 times per quarter. If travel energizes you and you can pack light, this role is perfect for you!
Primarily virtual, with the opportunity to provide hands-on training at dental offices nationwide.
Your Expertise :
You’ve consistently driven significant growth in dental practices, and your track record speaks for itself.
You’ve worn many hats—office manager, biller, treatment coordinator, scheduler—and excelled in each role.
You’ve built and led leadership teams, driven by KPIs, and coached dentists to be leaders within their practices.
You’re skilled at leading productive team meetings, one-on-ones, and large group sessions.
You’re experienced in billing, managing AR reports, handling adjustments, and resolving claims.
You know how to uplift team spirits and boost treatment acceptance rates.
You possess the unique ability to inspire and implement change within practices.
You’re passionate about developing curriculum and dedicated to continuous learning.
Amazing at presenting– we do tons of virtual training, so you need to be great at communicating, engaging, and presenting
