We are a privately owned group of dental offices, seeking a manager with business/leadership experience.

No dental experience needed - we are more concerned with your business and leadership skills!

Core Competencies:

· Minimum of 3 years of management/leadership experience

· Ability to hold your team accountable and coach for growth/mentorship.

· A belief in servant leadership and extreme ownership

· Experience with customer service and ability to resolve issues with customers

Essential Functions:

· Excellent phone and communication skills

· Comfortable discussing financials and collecting payments

· Ability to have difficult conversations

· A servant leadership mindset - be a leader through actions not words.

· A willingness to be flexible and accommodating with your schedule

· An ability to implement systems and hold team members accountable without micromanaging.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
