We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist. No prior experience is required – we provide all the training you’ll need to succeed!

We are a startup dental practice operating out of a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. We provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages and dental needs, aiming to become a fast-paced, general practice. Our focus is on delivering an exceptional guest experience while growing rapidly. We are dedicated to providing the best guest experience while serving a diverse community. Our team is committed to creating a welcoming environment where both staff and patients feel valued.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and welcome patients with a positive attitude
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
- Handle phone calls and answer patient inquiries
- Assist with patient check-in/check-out process
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide excellent care and service
- Verify insurance information and communicate with insurance companies regarding patient coverage
- Discuss financial and account information with patients
- Collect payments from patients in person and over the phone, providing accurate receipts
