The dental place of Tamarac is looking for an experienced Dental Administrator, we are growing and looking to add new team member to our dental family. We are locally owned and operated.
Duties
· Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and friendly experience
· Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
· Manage electronic medical records and maintain patient files
· Verify insurance information and process payments
· Assist with billing and coding tasks
· Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Experience
· Familiarity with dental terminology and dental procedures
· Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. You will be responsible for managing patient check-ins, scheduling appointments, maintaining electronic medical records, and providing administrative support to the dental team.
