A well established private practice in Annville PA is currently searching for a full time General Dentist due to growth. This practice is 14 operatories fully digital CBCT iTero and intraoral cameras and is PPO / FFS only. The practice has 6 Hygienists is currently seeing over 100 new patients a month and has a well defined path to equity and the current Associate is averaging $130K / month in production. This practice is owned by an Oral Surgeon and also has a Pediatric Dentist on the team. Their compensation progam includes a daily rate for a period of time and very aggressive percentage of collections.
