Wishlist : 5 years of experience experience with extractions endo surgery implants... someone who is happy to work with children. Going to be a really busy office but it is growing. Understanding that it will be growing (not FULLY Established) willing to go through growing pains. Dr. Henderson is fine with monthly guarantee (will be higher than prior Dr. Wallens guarantee 10k 12k a month). Fine to advertise for ownership / partnership after a year fine if we have to advertise a signon bonus. Advertise a multipractice job.. not sure if they will be in WA location or rotate between offices offices are 20 mins apart. PERSONALITY : Outgoing fun has that normal demeanor. Maybe outdoor associated similar interests. Wants Fulltime but not opposed to parttime.
Candidate deal breakers
No one to come in and run the show... screen for someone willing to follow. Anyone who is specific on hours (refusal to work a fullday). No diva no prince someone who can really match a down to earth and humble personality.
