The Denzel Group is partnered with an industry leader in Allentown looking for a Service Desk Support person for a 3 month contract. Starting in May - you will handle inbound calls, and assist customers. Excellent customer care is required.
Requirements:
*Responsible for Service Desk functions
*Perform remote troubleshooting with customers on via the phone
*Documenting and remediating tickets
*Troubleshooting Window 10 and newer
