Description
The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, has been chosen by a nationally ranked healthcare organization to source for a Epic Training Program Manager for a 12-month contract to hire opportunity. In this role, you will work with application analysts and managers to develop and maintain course curriculum, training materials, a Learning Management System and training environments. You will be required to provide efficient and effective Epic training and education for upgrades, new projects, new users, and participate in the support and education of ongoing training projects. This person will need to be a hands-on go getter and able to work with little to no oversight.
Requirements
- Prior experience developing and customizing Epic training programs and materials while ensuring that all training programs align with organizational goals
- Experience with the facilitation of both in-person (Synchronous) and virtual Epic training sessions for new and existing users
- Ability to collaborate with leadership and department heads to identify training needs across the organization.
- Additional certifications in training, instructional design and/or project management are a plus
