- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The Strategic Sourcing Senior Analyst will support the execution of the company's overall strategic sourcing strategy. The role will collaborate across the organization with Finance, Legal, Third-Party Risk, HR, IT, Procurement Ops, and various other customers to identify and complete strategic sourcing projects.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Cross-functional responsibilities including:
- Supporting the partnership of the sourcing team and business customers to complete a sourcing strategy that aligns with the needs of the business while meeting financial and operational control objectives
- Support the management of relationships with key vendors, fostering strategic partnerships that enable continuous value-delivery.
- Oversees the full lifecycle of the strategic sourcing (including RFx), contracting, and downstream procurement workflow
- Support the pro-actively management of renewals to drive savings and mitigate business disruptions.
- Participate in value driven QBRs for key Non-IT & PS vendors.
- Evaluate spend and contract data to identify savings, quality, and efficiency opportunities.
- Continuously develop subject matter expertise via benchmarking/research, industry/peer collaboration, training, and client feedback.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts while ensuring alignment with DTCC goals.
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Non-IT & PS Strategic Sourcing experience at a global organization
- Experience supporting the development of RFXs and negotiating outsourcing, HR/benefits, marketing/events, training, market data, real estate/workplace services, and PS contracts.
- Strong organizational competency with the ability to independently manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable with organization change and transformation
- Strong capabilities and focus in client-service
