Scheduling Coordinator
The Braun Home is seeking a detail orientated, thurough, and assertive individual to arrange the day to day work schedules of our developmental assistants. Our employee count runs somewhere between 250-275 and you would be responsible for approximately 200-225 people at any given time. We are seeking someone who has the ability to multi task, take action when needed, is a self starter and has an honest approach to scheduling our employees without bias.
You would be responsible for:
- Maintaining and updating schedules for our developmental assistants
- Verifying the availability of employees regularly and adjusting to the needs of our staffing requirements.
- Sending out reminders of scheduled meetings.
- Rescheduling or canceling meetings in a timeous manner.
- Keeping supervisors informed of updates and changes as necessary.
- Answering scheduling queries via email and phone.
- Documenting scheduling processes and keeping records.
- Managing overtime and reporting regularly to the Director as requested.
- Social Media development and web site updates.
- Discussing positions with Human Resources and reporting if there is a status change for benefits.
- Performing other administrative tasks when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
