Responsibilities

- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children, ensuring their well-being at all times.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good conduct.
- Engage with children in various activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive teaching approach that benefits all students.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom to promote a healthy learning environment.
- Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
Skills
- Proven experience in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
- Strong behavior management skills to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques that promote effective learning.
- Experience working with students with disabilities is a plus.
- Knowledge of toddler care practices and developmental milestones.
- Ability to educate children through engaging activities tailored to their interests and abilities.
