MedSpa Operations Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Aesthetics Clinic Manager to start up and oversee the daily operations of a start up Medical Aesthetics Clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in medical aesthetics management, ensuring that our clinic provides exceptional service while maintaining compliance with industry standards. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for assisting with the start up, assisting in hiring, supervising staff, managing finances, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, including staff management, scheduling, and customer service.
• Supervise and train clinic staff to ensure adherence to protocols and high-quality service delivery.
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards.
• Manage financial aspects of the clinic, including budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control.
• Ensure the clinic environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for all patients.
• Address patient concerns and feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote services and build patient panel.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative services and treatments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical office management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong financial management skills to oversee budgetary responsibilities effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and staff professionally.

Pay: $59,716.00 - $67,000.00 per year
