We’re seeking an innovative leader to oversee all aspects of HR while aligning our people strategy with organizational goals. Your Mission

As the Director of Talent, Culture, and Development , you will :

Set the Vision : Lead HR strategy and collaborate with senior leadership to align people and culture initiatives with business objectives.

Build the Team : Attract top talent, plan workforce needs, and champion diversity and inclusion.

Drive Engagement : Create innovative programs that boost morale, recognize achievements, and foster a positive, thriving workplace.

Shape Development : Elevate performance management and professional growth with cutting-edge training and coaching programs.

What You’ll Own

1. Strategic HR Leadership :

Partner with leadership to build a high-performance culture that reflects Desert Highlands’ values.

Develop and execute HR initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning :

Design recruitment strategies that attract the best and brightest talent.

Collaborate on workforce planning to meet future organizational needs proactively.

3. Employee Engagement & Retention :

Cultivate a culture of recognition, career growth, and collaboration.

Design innovative programs that keep employees inspired and connected.

4. Performance Management & Development :

Oversee a robust performance management system with ongoing feedback, goal-setting, and career development.

Identify skills gaps and create tailored training solutions to ensure continuous learning.

5. Compensation & Benefits :

Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals.

Collaborate with finance and leadership to balance budgets while offering top-tier employee packages.

Who You Are

Experience :

8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of leading HR initiatives that support growth, engagement, and organizational excellence.

Skills & Expertise :

Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Expertise in talent development, culture-building, and change management.

Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits) and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance HR functions.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Advanced degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
