Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various beauty services and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of beauty services including hair styling, coloring, cutting, and treatments.
- Educate clients on proper haircare routines.
- Upsell salon products and services to clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations / light duties around salon.
Requirements:
- Valid Cosmetology license.
- Proficiency in color theory and various hair coloring techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
- Prior experience working at the front desk of a salon is a plus
