Job Summary

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage tabs for customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting in ordering as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new drink recipes, trends, and techniques.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
- Previous experience with Toast POS system.
- Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairings is an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn new skills within the bartending field.
