A senior technologist with having at least 15-20 years and in following areas

1. Very crucial and key to success is to have strong experience of at least5-7 years in leading a team of 15-20 very senior to senior developers across multiple projects simultaneously
2. At least 5 years of experience in leading technicalteams across multiple geographies i.e. US, Canada, Mexico and India. This role would require lot of offshore coordination hence the candidate should have offshore coordination experience
3. The key to success in role is also to be patient, out of the box thinker who can win confidence of team based on his technical depth and thought process, and provide technical help, mentorship to team as well innovative solution, software design to technical problems and further guide team to implement them
4. This leader should have attitude to own the applications/ solutions and delivery end-to-end with no to minimal oversight from client leadership
5. The job function will require design and develop new solutions, improve and enhance newly developed software and make sure production support team is successful in keeping the lights on, in a very close association with development team
6. The person should have good experience in designing enterprise level software dependent on multiple upstream systems and processes and have impact on various downstream business critical applications
7. Very positive to have prior experience with system of records like Salesforce, Workday etc.
8. This person is required to be fully hands-on on the areas described below and expected to work on own user stories independently.
9. Solid C# coding experience and expertise inAzure Service Bus, Logic Apps and Azure Function App b. Very hands-on experience in RESTful services (API) to develop standard APIs for consumer applications, at the enterprise level.
10. c. Solid experience working with MongoDB or other alike databases
11. Solid technical communication and coordination skillset required to coordinate with other technology teams to understand their needs and fine tune APIs per consuming apps expectations.
12. Collaborate with product owners and other stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
13. Experience in Performance optimization of the APIs
14. Own the Integration testing and understand the gaps
15. Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code using best practices
16. Identify the most effective and creative solutions to various types of problems. Write optimized quality code that is easily maintainable.
17. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the related systems
18. Take complete ownership of projects, coordinating associated engineering activities, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality expectations.
