• Collaborate with travel suppliers and vendors to secure reservations and bookings.
• Maintain and update client travel profiles and preferences in the company database.
• Stay informed about travel industry trends, including new destinations and travel advisories.
• Provide customers with travel documents, itineraries, and necessary travel information.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to travel bookings.
• Assist in creating promotional content and itineraries for marketing purposes.
