Role Generative AI Lead Developer
Location - Charlotte NC / Jersey City NJ
- 5 years of development experience in Python, AWS Cloud services.
- Java and other language experience is preferred.
- Experience with Vocodes and Eclipse IDEs, Rally or Jira ALM tools, Confluence and SharePoint Collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with functional, performance, and security testing tools.
- Hands-On Experience with Generative AI:
- Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, or similar.
- Experience building AI-driven applications leveraging LangChain, Lang graph, or similar frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML-focused libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Transformers).
- Experience in Prompt engineering using foundational models. Familiarity in leveraging RAG techniques and finetuning of models.
- AWS Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of AWS Services (e.g., Lambda, S3, SageMaker, Bedrock, API Gateway, EKS).
