In-Person Interview.
Overall min. of 7 years experience on Data Side and minimum 3 years current experience in reinsurance.
Well versed with data mapping and supporting data apps.
Engage with stakeholders to document detailed requirements for data projects which includes ETL processes, Power BI Reports, Qlik View reports and dashboards
Proficient in documenting data mappings for seamless integration between various applications and services
Proficient in documenting data ingestion, and processing requirements for data warehouse / data lake.
Proven experience in business analysis, particularly in data projects.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Knowledge of data visualization tools, including Power BI and QlikView.
Experience with data lake technologies and big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Azure Data Lake).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
