- Understand user requirements and prepare requirement document, functional specification
- Having strong analytical reasoning to understand end user’s requirements and able to differentiate between desired and required user needs
- Analyses current and future state business processes and ability to do gap and fitment analysis on current process mapped or configured and future needs
- Application Configuration
- Provide Training
- Conduct Conference room piloting
- Support for user acceptance testing
