What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle Fusion Core HR and Compensation - Hybrid - Full Time position at The Dignify Solutions LLC?
Should have a total of at least 8 Years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience on Oracle Core HCM and Compensation implementation and Support.
Must have 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM product lines.
Preferred certifications include Oracle Cloud certifications related to HCM, such as Oracle Fusion Compensation Implementation Specialist or Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Consultant.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Core HR and compensation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity and ease with IT systems and Microsoft Office products.
Highly skilled in problem solutions and analysis.
Completed one full life cycle implementation of Core HCM, Oracle compensation Cloud.
At least 3-5 years' experience demonstrating an understanding of the Oracle Cloud human capital management concepts and general module features for journey and Compensation.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to client administrators and end-users on Oracle Fusion Compensation and Core HR functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation as needed.
