Manage and maintain PostgreSQL database servers in AWS RDS (Aurora)
Design and implement redundancy and HA strategies including read replicas
Conduct performance tuning, performance monitoring, capacity planning, and other related monitoring and troubleshooting tasks
Design and implement backup/restoration strategies per data retention requirements
Diagnose and resolve production issues
Maintain database security and auditability
Provide insight to team leadership regarding best practices for PostgreSQL and mentor team members
