SAP HR ABAP Consultant is accountable for development and ongoing maintenance / enhancements of business systems.
Strong understanding of SAP HR Payroll and Time modules required and should be able to translate functional requirements into technical specifications clearly and accurately.
Experience in Webdyn Pro for ABAP.
Relevant Years of Experience : 5 in SAP HR ABAP, Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
Extensive experience in ABAP development, with both custom development and customizations to existing processes, including use of IDOCs, ALE, RFC, BAPI, BADI, ALV, LSMW, ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, Reports (Classical and Interactive Reports), BDC (Batch-Input and Call Transaction Methods), SAP Scripts, Enhancements.
Good Understanding ABAP HR concepts Personnel Management (PA), Time Management(PT), Personnel development, personnel Administration, Payroll.
Good Understanding on Info types, LDB, HR Function Modules, BAPI's, Debugging HR programs, Create PA Info Types, Creating Objects PP01, Understanding of InfotypePA0007 / PA0050 / PA2011 / PA0416 .
Knowledge on S4HANA is an advantage
Participation in full cycle implementation and / or a minimum of 2 years of run support experience required.
